Return & Exchange Policy

Please ensure that you select your sizes carefully, as our stock availability is limited for most products.

Returns or exchanges will be considered only under special circumstances and will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

  • You may exchange the item for a different size with approval from our team via email, subject to availability. You will receive a return form that must be completed and included with your item. The form will outline all the conditions that need to be met for the return to be accepted.
  • The team must be notified within 7 days of the item's arrival, unless alternative arrangements have been made. The product must be in the same condition as when received, which includes, but is not limited to: no damage, original tags, no creases from trying on and/or wearing, no wear or debris on the soles (for sneaker items), and all original packaging must be included. Any extra laces and accessories must also be included and shipped within a shipping box, not a satchel. Postage must be paid by the customer, with a tracking number.
  • As mentioned earlier, refunds are not offered except in the case of a discrepancy between the item and its advertised description or if the item is faulty. The item must be returned in its original condition and not worn. If all the above requirements are met, you can send the item back and receive a store credit for a future purchase on CosignAu. Store credits have no expiration date. We stock only 100% authentic products. If an item that has passed our authentication checks is found to be inauthentic, we will issue a full refund, including all associated shipping costs.
